Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By booking a ride with Bookaride.us you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Booking & confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS. We reserve the right to decline a reservation that we cannot safely fulfill.
3. Pricing & payment
Quoted rates are flat. Tolls, gratuity, parking, airport fees, and additional stops may apply and are itemized on your invoice. Payment is captured via our booking partner Moovs at or after the trip.
4. Cancellations & no-shows
- Free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup (24 hours for Sprinter / events / multi-stop).
- Late cancellations: 50% of fare. No-shows: full fare.
- Airport arrivals: 60 minutes free wait time after wheels-down; $1/min thereafter.
5. Passenger conduct
Passengers must wear seat belts, refrain from smoking/vaping, and treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect. Damage or excessive cleaning fees ($150–$500) may apply.
6. Liability
We carry $1.5M commercial liability and TLC licensing. Our liability is limited to the trip fare except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for missed flights or delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control — though we plan around them.
7. Lost items
We make best efforts to return lost items but are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved in courts located in New York County.
