Bookaride.us is a premium chauffeur service operating across NYC, NJ, CT and Philadelphia. Contact: info@bookaride.us.

2. Information we collect

Booking details — name, phone, email, pickup & dropoff, date/time, flight number, passenger count, vehicle preference, special requests.
Payment data — processed by our booking partner Moovs and their PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
Communications — calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email and chat messages with our concierge.
Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer, approximate location, cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

Provide, confirm, and dispatch your ride.
Communicate trip updates, receipts, and customer support.
Improve our service, prevent fraud, and ensure safety.
With your consent, send marketing offers (you can opt out anytime).
Comply with legal obligations (tax, licensing, law enforcement requests).

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with parties that help us deliver your ride:

Moovs — booking, dispatch, payment.
Chauffeur partners — pickup details only.
Analytics & advertising — Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel, gated behind your cookie consent.
Legal authorities — when required by law.

We never sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

Booking records are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing data is kept until you opt out.

7. Your rights (CCPA / GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, opt out of marketing, and (for California residents) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. Email info@bookaride.us with the subject "Privacy Request" and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use TLS in transit, restricted access controls, and reputable processors. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to info@bookaride.us.

9. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States. By using the service you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
