Cancellation & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing dependable and flexible transportation services. We understand that travel plans may change, so our cancellation terms are designed to be fair to our clients while allowing us to manage scheduling efficiently.
Cancellation Terms
1. Standard Reservations (Airport & Point-to-Point)
• 12+ hours before scheduled pickup:
No cancellation fee. A full refund will be issued.
• Less than 12 hours before pickup:
The full fare will be charged. No refund will be provided.

• 12+ hours before scheduled pickup:
No cancellation fee. Full refund issued.
• Less than 12 hours before pickup:
Full booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
A reservation will be classified as a no-show under the following circumstances:
• The passenger cannot be reached and the chauffeur has waited beyond the complimentary waiting period.
• The client does not arrive at the confirmed pickup location.
• No cancellation notice is received prior to pickup time.
In all no-show situations, the total reservation amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be handled according to the terms above and:
• Issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
Non-Refundable Items
The following charges are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
• Administrative or service processing fees
• Tolls, parking, wait-time charges, or other expenses incurred prior to cancellation.
Reservation Changes & Special Requests
If you need to update your booking, please contact us as early as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes based on availability. Adjustments in timing, vehicle type, or service duration may result in revised pricing.
Waiting Time Policy & Charges
We understand that travel plans can change due to traffic, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Our waiting policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our clients’ time and our chauffeurs’ schedules.
Airport Pickups
Complimentary Waiting Period
• Domestic Arrivals: Up to 40 minutes of complimentary wait time beginning from the actual flight landing time.
• International Arrivals: Up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time to allow for customs and baggage claim.
Real-Time Flight Monitoring
All airport reservations include flight tracking. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we automatically adjust the pickup time accordingly.
Additional Waiting Time
If waiting time exceeds the complimentary period, charges will apply in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate for your reserved vehicle.
Non-Airport Pickups (Point-to-Point & Hourly Services)
Grace Period
• Sedans & SUVs: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
Hourly Charters
For hourly reservations, billing begins at the scheduled start time. The vehicle and chauffeur remain reserved exclusively for you during the booked duration.
Extended Delays
If the passenger has not arrived within the complimentary wait period, additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments.
If there is no contact within 30 minutes, the ride may be classified as a no-show and full charges may apply.
No-Show Policy
A reservation will be considered a no-show if:
• The passenger does not arrive within the allowed waiting period.
• The passenger is unreachable by phone or message.
• No cancellation notice is provided prior to pickup.
In no-show situations, the full scheduled fare will be charged.
Special Circumstances
• For multi-stop trips, special events, or customized itineraries, waiting terms may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• We make reasonable efforts to accommodate unexpected delays whenever possible, subject to vehicle availability.
Extended Waiting Rate Schedule
If waiting exceeds the complimentary period, the following hourly rates apply:
Vehicle Category/Hourly Waiting Rate
Executive Sedan - $70 per hour
Luxury Sedan - $80 per hour
Mid-Size SUV - $85 per hour
Full-Size SUV - $90 per hour
Premium SUV - $105 per hour
Sprinter / Van - $120 per hour
Waiting charges are prorated based on actual time used beyond the grace period.
New York State Surcharge
A mandatory 2.75% New York State surcharge will be added to all trips in accordance with state law.
This fee supports the Black Car Fund, which provides Workers’ Compensation coverage for licensed drivers in New York.
The surcharge is required by law and is not retained by our company.
Airport Pickup Options
We offer two convenient airport pickup options to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
1. Meet & Greet (Inside Pickup)
Recommended for international travelers or clients without phone access.
• Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal at baggage claim or the designated arrivals area holding a personalized name sign.
• Full assistance with luggage from the terminal to your vehicle.
• Meet & Greet Service Fee: $40
This option provides the most seamless and stress-free arrival experience.
2. Curbside Pickup (Outside Pickup)
Recommended for domestic travelers.
• Your chauffeur will track your flight in real time.
• Upon landing, you will receive a call or text from your driver.
• Once you are ready at the designated passenger pickup area, contact your driver and your vehicle will arrive curbside within approximately 5–8 minutes, depending on airport traffic conditions.
This option is quicker and does not include the inside greeting service.

Baggage Guidelines
1. Choosing the Right Vehicle
To ensure a smooth and comfortable ride, please consider both passenger count and luggage volume when booking. Each vehicle has a fixed storage capacity, and once it is fully loaded, additional space cannot be accommodated. If you’re unsure which option best fits your needs, our team will gladly assist you in selecting the right vehicle.
2. Luggage Fees
There is no additional charge for luggage that fits properly in the designated cargo area. If items cannot fit in the trunk and must be placed inside the passenger cabin, a $25 handling fee may apply.
